American Women in Cuba photograph album

This collection contains a thirty-leaf photograph album. It is illustrated with eighty-five mounted sepia-toned photographs and fifteen mounted cyanotypes, as well as nineteen photographs. The photographs document the lives of a group of American women who appear to be living in or near Havana, Cuba in the early twentieth century.

Amherst County Glade Road petition

The Amherst County Glade Road petition contains information in regards to rerouting a road from wet to dry land. On one side of the petition, petitioners address the county court of Amherst while the other side includes an address from Wm Kent, Chas M. Wates, and B. P. Ann M. Lawton Midwifery Record Book

Consists of one autograph album used by Ann M. Lawton, a midwife from South Middleboro, Massachusetts, to record the names of the babies she helped deliver. Each entry includes the baby's name, parent's names, date of birth, the weight of the baby, the doctor's name, and the place where they were born. Most of the babies were delivered in either Massachusetts or Rhode Island. On the opposite side of the first twelve entries, there are two lines to the poem "Baby" by George Macdonald.
